Newborn Photographer of the Year 2018

This weekend was the Guild of Photographers annual Awards Night and I was absolutely delighted to have been awarded the title of Newborn and Baby Photographer of the Year. On top of this I also won Newborn Image of Year, runner up Newborn Image of the Year and and Baby and Toddler Image of the Year. After a year of tough competition I am absolutely overwhelmed to have won these four awards. It is certainly a night I won’t forget for a long time!
The Guild of Photographers is the highly regarded national photographic body whose members are dedicated to enhancing their skills in the art, craft and profession of photography. The assessment process for the annual award is extremely rigorous hence why it is granted only to photographers who can demonstrate that they deliver the very best quality of images.
Director of The Guild of Photographers, Steve Thirsk comments, “I am both proud and delighted that Jo Bradley has achieved this recognition after 12 months of submitting the highest quality images.
The Guild has very demanding standards when judging photographic competitions. The judging is undertaken by a panel of internationally recognised experts from a variety of photographic backgrounds, so Jo quite rightly should be delighted with her extraordinary achievement.
