I’ve had great fun recently shooting a video to show exactly what goes on in a newborn session. My beautiful model, Violet, was a little star as was her sister Eliza and of course mum and dad! Can’t wait to share the video but in the meantime here are a couple of behind the scenes shots.

Eva's big sister didn't make it to her newborn sho

Eva's big sister didn't make it to her newborn shoot until she was 4 months old because of lockdown. But despite being older than I recommend, we managed to get a full set of newborn poses as well as some beautiful wide awake ones. So when mum told me her little sister had arrived and she wanted the same type of shoot at the same age I was a little worried! But I didn't need to be, as little sister knew what was expected too! This photo was one mum definitely wanted to recreate and print on a large acrylic, and just like her sister she woke up right at the end while posed and let me take this beautiful photo.
