Cheeky smiles, chubby cheeks and funny expressions make this a great age to photograph. Sitter sessions are the perfect way to record this cute stage and showcase your baby’s newly learnt skills. Babies are very interactive at this age and these short photoshoots are always filled with fun and giggles! Sessions are best around 7-10 months once your baby can sit up unaided but before they can walk or crawl.

Eva's big sister didn't make it to her newborn sho

Eva's big sister didn't make it to her newborn shoot until she was 4 months old because of lockdown. But despite being older than I recommend, we managed to get a full set of newborn poses as well as some beautiful wide awake ones. So when mum told me her little sister had arrived and she wanted the same type of shoot at the same age I was a little worried! But I didn't need to be, as little sister knew what was expected too! This photo was one mum definitely wanted to recreate and print on a large acrylic, and just like her sister she woke up right at the end while posed and let me take this beautiful photo.
